Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that there is some typographical error in the order dated 16.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.9206 & 9207 of 2023, in which the Document Number in paragraph No.8 line 5 has been erroneously stated as "Document No.10730 of 2012" instead of "Document No.13730 of 2012".

3. The learned Public Prosecutor had serious objections by contending that this petition had been dragging on the issue and still, have not been complied with the order.

4. Considering the fact that there is some typographical error, the "Document No.10730 of 2012" in paragraph No.8 line 5 shall read as "Document No.13730 of 2012".

5. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy.
