C.M.P.No.16114 of 2023 has been filed seeking to discharge Mr.Samikannu from the guardianship of his daughter Nithya. C.M.P.No.16111 of 2023 has been filed seeking to declare the petitioner as major and competent to file the above captioned C.M.A. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the birth certificate of the minor, it is seen that the minor Nithiya had attained majority and hence, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 4.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and list the same in due course.
