Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the entire amount as demanded by the Authorities have been paid and the sale deed has also been released to the petitioner, hence nothing survives in the writ petition.
2. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
