ORDER
The case of the petitioner is that by oversight instead of applying under the OBC Category, the petitioner had applied under the unreserved (UR) category. To substantiate the claim of the petitioner, the Community Certificate has been filed in the typed set of papers. The petitioner immediately on realizing the mistake, made a representation to the 2nd respondent on 01.11.2020, to permit the petitioner to rectify the error and to further permit the petitioner to participate in the Selection under the OBC Category. According to the petitioner, the representation is still pending. The petitioner has stated in the affidavit that till now only the first stage of counseling has been completed. 2.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and in order to safeguard the interest of the petitioner, there shall be an order of interim direction to the respondents, to permit the petitioner to participate in the Selection under the OBC category and if the petitioner secures any admission, the same shall await final orders in this writ petition. directed to immediately consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.11.2020 and take an appropriate decision to enable this Court to pass further orders in this writ petition. 3.
