This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that "the 1st and 3rd petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 6.30 p.m. until further orders" vide order dated 12.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7726 of 2023.

2. Heard. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
