ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a writ of certiorari, to call for the records leading to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

passing of the Impugned Order dated 10.10.2014 passed by the Micro Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Chennai Region in O.P.No.MSEFC/CR/10/2013.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court amicably between the parties and he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also sent a letter to the Registry, dated 12.02.2021 to that effect.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
