This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 11.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.25884 of 2023.

2. Mr.I.Kowser Nissar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondents, who has stated that the respondents have no objection in the delay being condoned.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 75 days in preferring the Writ Appeal is condoned.
