ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.MP.No.5963 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5219 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as far as the 1st petitioner is concerned, he has not complied the conditions regularly. As far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, he has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed in so far as the 1st petitioner is concerned.

5. In so far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.5963 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.5219 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
