This writ petition has been filed seeking quash of the proceedings No.6793/2009/A7 dated 12.07.2013 issued by the second respondent and further, to direct the respondents to adhere to the first list issued on 31.12.2009 and list dated 28.03.2013 and give notional promotion to the petitioner together with all attendant benefits.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that with reference to the rules of seniority and for grant of consequential benefits, on furnishing individual particulars, the case will be considered. Thus, the respondents are ready and willing to consider the individual cases based on the particulars of the employee concerned. This being the proceedings issued by the Government in letter dated 26.11.2021, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for redressal of his grievances.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
