Criminal Original Petition filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 3rd respondent to unlock the Current Bank Account No.10419076391 in State Bank of India, Ambattur, Chennai-53 of the petitioner in pursuance of the complaint in Cr.No.199 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent.

O R D E R

At the time when the matter is taken for hearing, it is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation is almost completed and the respondent police may be directed to give suitable direction to the Bank to unlock the current bank account number of the petitioner lying with the third respondent. The petitioner is ready to give a representation to the respondent police with reference to the same.

2. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to give a representation to 2/4

the respondent police with reference to the unlocking of the bank account lying with the third respondent within two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation from the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to pass suitable orders in accordance with law within one week from the date of receipt of the representation.

3. With the abovesaid directions, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
