This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.1932 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026 in connection with Crime No.74 of 2026, directing the petitioner to produce the car before this Court at 10.00 a.m., on the 1st and 16th day of every month until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by the Court below.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in paragraph no.5(e) in Crl.M.P.No.1932 of 2026 dated 15.04.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall produce the car before the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai at 10.00 a.m., once in every month on the first Monday, until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered. 27.05.2026 AT Note:
