This Review Application is filed to review the judgment, dated 02.09.2008 made in C.R.P.(P.D) No.879 of 2008.

2. The Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the

order dated 09.10.2007 passed in I.A.No.431 of 2007 in O.S.No.47 of 2006 allowing the respondents to file additional written statement, before the conclusion of oral evidence. The said Civil Revision Petition was dismissed on 02.09.2008.

3. From the materials on record, it is seen that no notice was ordered to the respondent till date. The suit is of the year 2006. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.Elumalai, representing M/s.Arulselvam Associates, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is not in a position to represent about the stage of the suit.

4. In the above circumstances, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. The learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2006, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already disposed.
