Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to fix the scale of pay of the petitioner in the Selection Grade on the basis of the Government Letter No.63305/Pay Cell/2010-1, Finance (PC) Department, dated 08.11.2010, which was issued based on the recommendation of the One Man Commission, at Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4200/- and consequently fix the Special Grade at Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 Grade Pay Rs.4400/- and confer all the consequential benefits.
