At the time of examination of the Petitioner as P.W.1, he has stated that in the Will dated 15.07.2010 Tmt.K. Jothimani and Mr.K.Palaniswamy have signed as witnesses. In this regard in his affidavit the petitioner has categorically stated that as of now both attesting witnesses are not available due to which this application has been filed.

Hence, being satisfied with the reasons stated, this application is ordered.
