This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an Order dated 16.05.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11339 of 2024, to report before the respondent Police daily at 10:00AM and 5:00PM, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10:30AM for a period of three months.
