ORDER
This Writ Petition Criminal has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.25/8E2, New Survey No.25/8E2A to an extent of 3706 Sq.Feet (8.51 Cents) situated in No.104, Azhinjalpattu Village, Cheyyar Taluk (Now Vembakkam Taluk), Tiruvannamalai District for fencing the land based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2026.
2. This Writ Petition Criminal is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that they have received the representation from the petitioner and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
4. Recording the said submission, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2026 in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording due opportunity to the 3rd respondent.
