This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

O.P.No.10820 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Perundurai.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.

O.P.No.10820 of 2023 dated 11.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
