By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to pass an arbitration award on the petitioner's two appeals/claim petitions dated 23.09.2021 and 24.09.2021.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3, learned counsel for the fourth respondent and perused the materials available on record. 4.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that the appeals have been filed before the first respondent as against the orders of the second 2/4

respondent. However, the same have not been considered. Hence, he seeks a direction.

Mr.G.Jeyachandran, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the appeals will be considered by the first respondent in a reasonable time.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioner dated 23.09.2021 and 24.09.2021 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
