6 of 2017 passed by the 1st respondent/Authority, (in WMP.No.21194/2020) pending disposal of the WP.NO.17135/2020 Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.SURENDHAR, for MR.B.DINESH, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Mr.B.Surendhar, learned counsel who has come by change of Vakalat for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner firm had not instructed the earlier counsel to give an undertaking to deposit a sum of Rs.4,90,000/-, as observed in the earlier order of this Court dated 01.12.2020. Accordingly, they have also not deposited the said amount, which was made a condition precedent for granting an order of interim stay.
It is in this background, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw W.M.P.No.21194 of 2020, wherein they have sought for an order of interim stay.
