O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 05.10.2015. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 05.10.2015. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Resisting the same, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that C.S.R.No.743 of 2015 has been assigned on the complaint lodged by the petitioner. On the basis of the same, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 13.10.2015. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
