Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to condone the non-appearance of the Petitioner / Appellant before the Hon'ble XI Additional Spl. Court for CBI Cases from 01.04.2020 and permit the Petitioner / Appellant to appear before the Hon'ble XI Additional Spl. Court for CBI Cases as per conditions imposed in the order dated 05.09.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.10750/2019 in Crl.A.No.490/2019.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of MR. B. NATARAJAN Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. K. SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- In view of the reasons stated and on hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the absence of the petitioner/appellant before the XI Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai from 01.04.2020 is condoned.

2. The petitioner/appellant to appear before the XI Additional Special Court for CBI Cases, Chennai, in accordance with the conditions already imposed in Crl.M.P.No.10750 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.490 of 2019, by order, dated 05.09.2019.

3. Hence, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
