Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2025 seeking for regularization of his service in the post of Anti Poaching Watcher in the office of the 4th respondent with effect from 01.11.2008, with all consequential benefits, by following the orders of the Division Bench of this Court dated 05.04.2018 made in W.A.Nos.354 and 355 of 2016. The instant writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2025 seeking for regularization of his service in the post of Anti Poaching Watcher in the office of the 4th respondent with effect from 01.11.2008, with all consequential benefits, by following the orders of the Division Bench of this Court dated 05.04.2018 made in W.A.Nos.354 and 355 of 2016. 2/6

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though he was served as Anti Poaching Watcher in Kodiyakkarai, Vedharanyam Range, Nagapattinam District on a consolidated pay of Rs.2,000/- with effect from 01.11.2008. He would further submit that in W.P.Nos.10654 and 9764 of 2014, there was a direction to the respondents to create a supernumerary post in pursuance thereof the respondents have regularized some of them and not considered the petitioner. In this connection, the petitioner has submitted his representation dated 15.02.2025 which has not been considered by the respondents. Hence the present writ petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that they would consider the said representation made by the petitioner within a reasonable time.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
5. Though there is disputed facts between the parties, taking into consideration of the fact that the representation made by the petitioner is yet 3/6
to be considered, this Court without going into merits of the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 15.02.2025 and pass order on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
