(CR.NO.31 OF 2010) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the conditions imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.7176 of 2020 in Crl.RC.No.1033 of 2020 by order dated 23.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. I.ABRAR MOHAMED ABDULLAH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SUGENDRAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7176 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1033 of 2020 by order dated 23.11.2020. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was granted suspension of sentence in Crl.M.P.No.7176 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1033 of 2020 by order dated 23.11.2020 and the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7176 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.No.1033 of 2020 by order dated 23.11.2020 is extended by further period of two weeks from today.
