This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to evict the 6th and 7th Respondents from an extent of 0.70.50 Ares in comprise in Survey No. 424/2, Patta No.110, situated at Ladapura (East) Village, Perambalur, Perambalur District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.04.2022.

2. Though several grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner, he seeks liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel for the 2/4

petitioner, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to work out remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
