ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.10.2020.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the property in question belongs to him absolutely and attempts are being made by his brother-in-law to forcibly take away the property and there is a life threat to the petitioner, wherein the petitioner is forced to execute a document in favour of his brother-in-law, 3.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of respondent.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of dispute that is involved in this case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 16.10.2020. If on enquiry, the third respondent comes to a conclusion that the parties will have to work out their remedy before the Civil Court, he shall inform the parties to approach the appropriate Civil Court and not to create any law and order problem in the guise of a property dispute.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
