This petition is filed to amend the Sections as 420, 506(i), 109 of IPC instead of 420, 506(i) of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.10964 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10964 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 and issue a fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10964 of 2024.
