This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to number and dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 7.5.2013 and consequently challenging the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.195/2013/A4 dated 10.4.2013.

2.Heard Mr.S.Sounthar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Manikandan, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the material documents available on record.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that, aggrieved by the order passed by the second respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.195/2013/A4, dated 10.4.2013, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the first respondent on 07.05.2013, but, so far, it is not yet disposed of.

4. In the light of the above grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner dated 7.5.2013 on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
