petitioner the following terminal benefit to the tune of Rs. 16,24,584/- towards:- (a) Arrears of salary for July & August 2012 and from January 2013 to March 2014 Rs. 5,81,026 (b) Interest at 10% p.a., on the sum of Rs.5,81,026/-, i.e., for 2 1⁄2 years Rs. 1,45,000 (c) Gratuity Rs. 6,97,000 (d) Interest at 10% p.a., on gratuity of Rs.6,97,000/- for 2 years Rs. 1,40,000 (e) Leave salary Rs. 50,558 (f) Interest at 10% p.a., on leave salary of Rs.50,558/- for 2 years Rs. 11,000 Rs. 16,24,584 by sale of the lands owned by respondents 2 and 3 in Mudaliarpet, Puducherry, measuring 25.31 acres; and measuring 11.26 acres; in Iyyankuttipalayam, Puducherry measuring 13.74 acres; in Thengaithittu, Puducherry measuring 0.27 acres; in Thirubhuvanai, Puducherry, measuring 1.82 acres; and in Pattanur, Puducherry, measuring 55.63 acres, in public auction through the District Collector, in the light of the order dated 16.09.2014 in W.P.No. 18277 of 2014 as well as the order dated 21.12.2015 in Rev.Appln.No.107 of 2015 in W.P.No. 18277 of 2/4

2014, by submitting all the sale/auction particulars, before and after sale of the said lands.
