PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th and 5th respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the Civil Dispute between the petitioner and 6th respondent. ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 4th and 5th respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the Civil Dispute between the petitioner and 6th respondent. 2.Admittedly, the petitioner is an accused in three crimes in Crime Nos.1506 of 2021, 330 of 2024 and 790 of 2025, on the file of the 5th respondent. Since, the investigation is pending in all the three crime numbers for the several years, this Court cannot issue any direction, as it would amount to interference with the investigation conducted by the 5th respondent. 3.In view of the above, the 5th respondent is hereby directed to complete the investigation in all the three crime numbers, viz. Crime Nos.1506 of 2021, 330 of 2024 and 790 of 2025 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
