ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.11.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 302 r/w Section 34 and 114 of IPC, in S.C.No.37 of 2021 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Poonamallee in Crime No.744 of 2020 on the file of Inspector of Police, T10, Thirumullaivoyal Police Station, Chennai, seeks bail.
2. This is the third bail application filed before this Court..The case of the prosecution is that there was a previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused persons had attacked the defacto complainant's husband with aruval all over his body. For which, the victim died. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 02.11.2020. He further submitted that co-accused have already been released on bail by this Court. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that earlier two bail applications were dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos.12628 & 14563 of 2021 and there is no change of circumstances. He further submitted that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and earlier two bail applications were dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
