(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.K.Shree Vishnu, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the first petitioner for one-time settlement.

3. The prayer made in the Writ Petition may not fall within the purview of this court. If at all there is some scheme in force and the bank does not adhere to such scheme, then, the petitioners can approach the banking ombudsman in that regard.

4. In the present matter, no scheme is placed on record to show that the bank is bound to accept the one-time settlement proposal in a particular manner. If at all there is such scheme, the

petitioners may approach the banking ombudsman.

5. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
