ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to defreeze the petitioner's bank account bearing Account No.50200103974352 maintained with the second respondent bank and to permit the petitioner to operate the said account in the normal course.

The third respondent lodged complaint before the first respondent alleging that the petitioner received a sum of Rs.1,42,777/- as processing fee to get employment in abroad from the third respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner did not take any step to send the petitioner abroad for any job. In view of the said complaint, the first respondent made request to the second respondent to freeze the account of the petitioner. Investigation is still pending. Now, the complaint has been forwarded to the Cyber Crime Wing for further investigation. Therefore, while pending investigation, direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
