This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 20.01.2014 and for a consequential direction to the 13th respondent to investigate the complaint given by the petitioner and to take action.

2.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

3.The impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 20.01.2014 does not require any interference, since there is no power available for the registering authority to cancel any registered document. In so far as the direction sought for to the 13th respondent to enquire the complaint, the complaint is more than 12 years since it was given and nothing may survive at this length of time.
