Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider and pass necessary or appropriate orders on my representation dated 12.06.2022 to conduct an appropriate enquiry and cancel the registration of Subsequent Association in the name of "Anna Nagar West Extension LIC Colony Owners Welfare Association, registered vide No.95 of 2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent by following the due process of law.

The prayer of the petitioner is for mandamus to dispose the representation dated 12.06.2022. The representation has been disposed by order dated 01.02.2024.

3.Today, there is no representation and no miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking amendment of prayer.
