..Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to disburse the retirement benefits including gratuity, commutation, EL surrender and other benefits with 18% interest from the date of retirement of the petitioner i.e., 28.02.2013 to the petitioner herein within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to disburse the retirement benefits and other benefits to the petitioner with 18% interest from the date of his retirement i.e., on 28.02.2013.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent has disbursed all the dues to the petitioner, by settling the PF amount, gratuity and gratuity interest.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also submitted that the said dues have been received by the petitioner.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
