This writ petition has been filed directing the 1st Respondent to transfer the investigation from the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent, CBCID and speedup the investigation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has died and the learned counsel is not in a position to get in touch with the legal heirs of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed as abated. No costs.
