Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 30.08.2019 has been complied with and G.O.(Ms) No.34 dated 29.04.2021 has been issued subject to the outcome of the writ appeal filed on this subject matter. A status report along with a copy of the said Government Order has also been filed by the 2nd respondent.

2. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General that the order dated 30.08.2019 has been complied with, this Contempt Petition stands closed. The presence of the respondents through video conference is recorded.
