This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to register FIR against the accused based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.11.2020.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that now based on the complaint, after preliminary enquiry, FIR has been registered in Crime No.2/2022/AC/CB dated 21.01.2022 under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sections 13(2) r/w 13(1)(e) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 13

(2) r/w 13(1)(e) of Prevention of Corruption Act r/w Section 109 I.P.C. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the said FIR.

3.In view of the fact that already a FIR has been registered, nothing remains for adjudication and hence this petition is closed.
