ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 438(1) Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to set aside the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No.520 of 2026 in Crl.M.P.No.224 of 2026 dated 12.03.2026 on the file of the Principle Sessions Judge at Tiruppur District by allowing this Criminal Original Petition and fully relax the Petitioner to appear and sign before the Respondent Police.

2.The condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below is 'the petitioner is ordered to appear and sign before the respondent police station once in a week on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders'. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly without any default. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and the Petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the aforesaid condition imposed on the Petitioner. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. Other conditions imposed therein shall remain unaltered / intact.
