O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) Mr.Kannan Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st Respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal dated 21.04.2023, within a reasonable time.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that though the Appeal has been preferred by the Petitioner before the 1st Respondent as early as on 21.04.2023, no orders have been passed by the 1st Respondent till date and hence prays for the aforesaid direction.
4. The learned counsel representing the Respondents 1 and 2 has stated no objection to issue direction to the 1st Respondent to dispose of the
Appeal filed by the Petitioner dated 21.04.2023, within a period of eight weeks.
5. Having regard to limited scope of prayer sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 1st Respondent to dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal dated 21.04.2023, within a period eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
