Pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 26.07.2022, the Election Officer, namely, Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Parthiban, Retired Judge of this Court has conducted the election for the office bearers of the petitioner Union.

2.A report dated 21.08.2022 has also been filed by him, which is placed on record.

3.The Election Officer was initially paid a remuneration of Rs.2,00,000/-. He is now to be paid his Additional Remuneration as he has successfully completed the election process. 4.This Court deems it fit to direct the petitioner Union to pay the Election Officer, namely, Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Parthiban, Retired Judge of this Court an additional remuneration of Rs.2,50,000/-. 5.Accordingly, the petitioner Union is directed to pay the Election Officer, namely, Hon'ble Mr.Justice V.Parthiban, Retired Judge of this https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
