This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record and substitute the following legal heirs, (i) R.Vanaja Aged about 66 years (Wife) (ii) R.Rajiniganth Aged about 44 years (Son) (iii) R.Rajeetha Aged about 43 years (Daughter) all are residing at No.10/27, 4th street, T.N.Nagar, Palani Pettai, Arakkonam631 002 and array them as petitioners 2 to 4 in the above writ petition.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Post the matter on 17.12.2021.
