Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9512 of 2021 dated 20.05.2021 the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. P.SUNDARA RAJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 20.05.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has eight previous cases pending which are similar in nature. However, it is submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above submission, considering that eight previous cases are pending against the petitioner which are similar in nature, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to.
