PRAYER: This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connection with the order or Detention passed by the second respondent dated 28.05.2024 in Memo No.592/BCDFGISSSV/2024 against the petitioner's Grandson Saravanan@Attu Saravanan Male aged 27 years S/o.Mohan who is confined at Central Prison, Chennai and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
