Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner association dated 05.11.2014 by including the method of recruitment by transfer as a method of recruitment to the post of District Educational Officer comprised in Tamil Nadu School Educational Service and accordingly set apart 2% of the vacancies to be filled up by direct recruitment for the members of the petitioner association in the post of District Educational Officer.

ORDER

Today, when this matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner's representation was considered and an order was passed on 10.04.2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
