Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.K.SEKINA RESHMA, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 08.02.2018, granting interim stay that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,000/-p.m. each to the respondents to the credit of M.C.No.177 of 2017 on the file of the learned V Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2. Now the petitioner has filed this petition seeking extension for further period of four weeks for depositing the aforesaid amount.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, time is extended for a period of one week from today. No further extension will be granted.
