Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to dispense with the production of the Certified copy of the FIR in connection with Crime No.382 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 on the file of the first respondent, pending disposal of the Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
