Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertains to proceedings Na.Ka.No. 7354/2009/C1, dated 12.9.2012 and 17.9.2012 issued by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents herein to permit the petitioner to join and discharge the duty as a bus entrance fees collector, Perambalur Municipality.

For Petitioner : Mr.T.Seenivasan For Respondents-1&2 : Mr.A.Raja Perumal, Additional Government Pleader.

For Respondent-3 : Mr.P.Srinivas

ORDER

An order of transfer issued by the third respondent against the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 12.9.2012, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner, brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner passed away. Since the order under challenge is an order of administrative transfer, after the demise of the employee, no need to proceed for further adjudication. Thus, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
