O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to give him permanent post along with the consequential promotional and incidental benefits from the date of appointment on compassionate grounds.

2.Though the writ petition has been filed seeking a larger relief, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the respondents with fresh representation indicating all the prevailing circumstances and the grounds on which the petitioner seeks remedy and also prayed this Court to give direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation that is to be made by the petitioner, for which, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents raised no objection.

3.In view of the above, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any 2/4

such representation is made by the petitioner, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
