2.The petitioner has placed a request for increasing the staff strength to teaching English subject. It is the case of the petitioner that earlier above, these sanctioned posts were in the College, which was later refused to denied. The petitioner had thereafter sent a representation dated 06.01.2021 for increasing the staff strength by 4% in the light of the increasing work load.

3.Considering the same, this writ petition is disposed by directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
